Durability:
The turbine is perfectly balanced, mounts a synthetic ruby that pivots on a stainless steel shaft, which reduces wear and tear and gives the SJ-SDC qualities of robustness and reliability over time. The internal parts are made of synthetic materials resistant to wear and insensitive to corrosion. The movement of the turbine is transmitted to the totalizer by a magnetic transmission. The totalizer is of the extra-dry type, consequently the gears are in a sealed enclosure. The turbine is the only moving part in the water. This technology makes it possible to protect the gears from the risk of wear caused by the impurities contained in the water.
