PRESSURE REDUCER AND SUSTAINER WITH METALLIC PILOTS (EN)

Pressure reducing and sustaining valve with pilots and plastic fittings. The valve does not open until a minimum working pressure is obtained upstream; when the upstream pressure is greater than that of the supporting pilot, the valve opens and reduces the downstream pressure thanks to the reducing pilot.

Descripción

The control valve is an automatic hydraulic globe-type valve that reduces and stabilizes the downstream pressure at a set value regardless of variations in flow demand, while ensuring an upstream pressure not less than a value of slogan.

Applications:

  • In pumps to prevent excessive flow, keep the pump at the operating point and reduce downstream pressure.
  • In the main line to prioritize the supply to elevated areas, not exceeding a certain pressure downstream.
  • Located between two pressure zones to compensate for the low zone of excessive values in off-peak hours and ensuring the supply of the high zone in peak hours.

It can be made in polyethylene tube and copper tube.
