FAQ

WHY DOES THE VALVE NOT CLOSE?

IT MAY BE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  • WRONG CONNECTION OR CLOSED ISOLATING VALVES. THE COMPLETE CONNECTION AND THE POSITION OF THE ISOLATING VALVES MUST BE CHECKED. IF NECESSARY, MODIFY ASSEMBLY AND OPEN ISOLATING VALVES TO ALLOW WATER FLOW.
  • FILTER CLOGGED. YOU MUST REMOVE THE MICROTUBE THAT COMES OUT OF THE FILTER TO CHECK IF THERE IS A FLOW OF WATER. CLEAN FILTER MESH OR REPLACE IT IF NECESSARY
  • OBSTRUCTED CIRCUIT. EXAMINE CONNECTION PIPES FROM THE INLET AND CHECK FOR FLOW. CLEAN OR CHANGE ACCESSORY IF NECESSARY.
  • BROKEN MEMBRANE OR SPRING. YOU MUST REMOVE COVER AND EXAMINE MEMBRANE AND SPRING. REPLACE DAMAGED ELEMENT IF NECESSARY.
  • CALCIFIED SOLENOID. NEED TO DISASSEMBLE AND CHECK SOLENOID CORE. CLEAN IT OR REPLACE IT IF NECESSARY.
  • PILOT OR RELAY DRAIN VALVE MAIN CHAMBER. INSPECT PILOT OR RELAY FOR WORN PARTS,
  • DEFECTIVE OR FAILURE IN ASSEMBLY. CHANGE COMPONENTS
  • DEFECTIVE OR COMPLETE PILOT.

WHY DOESN’T THE VALVE OPEN?

IT MAY BE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  • WRONG CONNECTION OR CLOSED ISOLATING VALVES. YOU MUST CHECK THE COMPLETE CONNECTION AND THE POSITION OF THE ISOLATING VALVES. IF NECESSARY, MODIFY ASSEMBLY AND OPEN ISOLATING VALVES TO ALLOW WATER FLOW.
  • INSUFFICIENT PRESSURE UPSTREAM OF THE VALVE. YOU MUST EXAMINE THE INLET PRESSURE, IF IT IS INSUFFICIENT, CHANGE THE MEMBRANE AND SPRING FOR A MODEL FOR LOWER WORKING PRESSURES.
  • BROKEN MEMBRANE OR SPRING. YOU MUST REMOVE COVER AND EXAMINE MEMBRANE AND SPRING. REPLACE DAMAGED ELEMENT IF NECESSARY
  • CALCIFIED SOLENOID. THE SOLENOID CORE MUST BE DISASSEMBLED AND CHECKED. CLEAN IT OR REPLACE IT IF NECESSARY
  • PILOT OR RELAY DOES NOT DRAIN MAIN CHAMBER FROM VALVE. INSPECT PILOT OR RELAY FOR WORN, DEFECTIVE PARTS OR FAILURE IN ASSEMBLY. CHANGE DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS OR COMPLETE PILOT.

WHY THE VALVE DOES NOT OPEN?

IT MAY BE FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

  • FILTER CLOGGED. YOU MUST REMOVE THE MICROTUBE THAT COMES OUT OF THE FILTER TO CHECK IF THERE IS A FLOW OF WATER. CLEAN FILTER MESH OR REPLACE IT IF NECESSARY
  • MISADJUSTED PILOT. YOU MUST TIGHTEN AND LOOSEN THE PILOT ADJUSTMENT SCREW AND OBSERVE IF THERE IS A REACTION. IN CASE OF CORRECT REACTION, ADJUST THE PILOT TO THE DESIRED PRESSURE
  • WORKING PRESSURE OUT OF PILOT WORKING RANGE. YOU MUST EXAMINE THE PILOT’S WORKING RANGES. IF IT IS OUT OF THE RANGE, CHANGE THE INTERNAL PILOT SPRING OR THE COMPLETE PILOT.
  • FAULTS IN REGULATOR PILOT. INSPECT PILOT OR RELAY FOR WORN, DEFECTIVE PARTS, OR FAILURE IN ASSEMBLY. CHANGE DEFECTIVE COMPONENTS OR COMPLETE PILOT.
